Slides in a terminal, for a room full of people who'd only ever seen PowerPoint.
I had an internal AI demo coming up and refused to do it in PowerPoint. Ten minutes of alt-tabbing between slides and a terminal makes a live demo look like a hostage video. So the slides moved into the terminal instead.
You write Markdown, put three dashes between slides, and run one command. Headings come out in big ANSI pixel letters. Arrow keys to move, q to leave. There is also a rotating ASCII torus, which serves no purpose and stays.
It took three commits and four days, in Go, a language I don’t really write. It had one job, on one afternoon, and it did it. The sample slides still promise live reload. There is no live reload.
Nobody needs this. If you present from a terminal anyway, it’s yours.
